How do I know if my reservation request has been received?
After you complete your reservation order, we will send you an e-mail verifying that your reservation was received and will be immediately processed as soon as the products are available. We will also keep you informed of actions being taken on your account (orders, refunds, tracking, follow-up, etc.) through e-mail.
How do I place an order?
When you see an item you like, click on “add to cart” and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then click on “view cart” to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the desired quantities, click on “checkout” to finish.
What payment methods do you accept?

Will I be taxed by customs for the shipment?
Any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We currently ship worldwide using USPS.
Whrere is my order?
Before placing the order please re-confirm your shipping address. In the case that we ship to an incorrect address the order will be returned to us. On the second shipment attempt the customer will be billed again for the shipment charge. Additionally please make sure to fill-in your telephone number. If there is a mistake in the shipping address, your telephone number will be the only method to establish correspondence.
What are the shipping charges?
The shipping charges are calculated automatically once you go to the checkout page.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order with the tracking number sent to you by USPS once the order has been processed and sent
Can I add or remove items from my order once it is submitted?
Once you have submitted your order, we will begin to process it immediately. It will take us about 1 week to prepare the order. During this time, we may be able to add or remove items from your order. Once your order is packed we are no longer able to modify it.
Please email us as soon as possible to either add or remove an item from your order.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once you have submitted your order, and during the processing, we are able to cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped we are no longer able to cancel that order.
Can I return or exchange my purchase ?
Since the frames and parts are being sold on consignment, all sales are final. This means no refunds and no exchanges. There is an exception if we have shipped the wrong item (i.e. wrong color or size).
What if I find a scratch or other marks that were not apparent in the photographs?
Please understand that most of our products are used. We do our best to photograph all visible damages on the products and write it in the description. All products are as is. If you still are unsure, either come visit our store or contact us.
